Kristina Drysdale is an accomplished executive with a strong background in procurement and a passion for driving sustainable practices and corporate responsibility. Since November 2023 she is serving as the Vice President of Transformation at Leonardo, a leading defence and aerospace company. Previously, Kristina led a team responsible for managing all corporate purchases, as well as spearheading sustainability and ESG initiatives with third-party partners. 

Kristina co-founded Katapult X to help young people achieve their career ambitions regardless of their background and is supported by her extensive network she has built during her career in procurement. Prior to her role at Leonardo, Kristina held the position of Senior Director of Procurement at GSK.
