Lauren Richards is the Global Head of Procurement at Revolut, a leader in the FinTech industry. Over the last year Lauren has been leading the transformation of procurement, building the team out from its foundations. Prior to joining Revolut, Lauren spent a decade leading procurement teams in the retail industry. Lauren’s expertise lies in supporting businesses during periods of rapid growth, through mergers and acquisitions and forming new procurement functions. Lauren has a passion for bringing new and emerging talent into procurement and supporting diversity in supply chains.
