Louise is currently the GM for Global Military Actuation as well as the Civil Actuation Market in the US. Her business portfolio covers notable aircraft such as F-35. Tornado and Hawk along with several Business Jets. Prior to this she ran the Operations and Supply Chain organisation for Actuation. 

Louise also worked for BAE Systems as a Procurement Director, Audit Director and Programme and Governance Lead. She believes passionately in companies who enable their employees to be the best they can be and as such is the sponsor for the Women in Aerospace Employee Resource Group.
