Marc is an accomplished commercial and procurement leader with a 25-year career spanning Security & Defence (British Aerospace, BAE Systems); Construction & Facilities Management (Balfour Beatty, Interserve) and Energy Technology (Technip, Baker Hughes). He is currently the Global Procurement Director at Baker Hughes, which enables and delivers offshore and onshore energy solutions.  

Marc has a passion for all things procurement, especially collaborating to unlock innovation in the supply chain, driving ESG, ethics and professional standards globally and nurturing tomorrow’s talent. His career is underpinned with driving functional and business transformation. 

Marc became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (FCIPS) in 2013, a CIPS Global Board Trustee in 2018, and is former Chair of its Global Congress. He sits on various sub boards and committees to support the profession worldwide.
