A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), Martin has had an extensive career across both public and private sectors. He started his career in aerospace, then moved to heavy engineering, utilities, housing development and finally the social housing sector where he has been for over 10 years. Martin is currently Director of Procurement for L&Q, one of the largest housing associations in the country with an annual spend in excess of £1bn. His mission has always been to embed best practice procurement into the organisations he has worked for.
