Mateen Khalilli is a Head of Procurement and Supply Chain of SOCAR Energy Turkey A.S., having been so for the last five years. Previously, he held the position of Procurement and Supply Chain Director in STAR Refinery which was part of the SOCAR Energy Turkey A.S. SOCAR is a State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic operating Oil and Gas industry multinational. Heavily invested in Turkey for the last 15 years (15 billion USD) in Downstream segment of its global operation. He was awarded MCIPS in June 2023 that he earned via Qualification route. He received his MBA from a university in the United States in 2010.
