Suzanne is a Trustee, Chair and Non-Executive Board Director. She is a lawyer and a sustainability expert with a strong focus on driving climate action in business for a better world. She is a trustee of CIPS and Chair of the environmental charity CPRE, London. 

In 2022 Suzanne retired from her role as SVP, Corporate Development & Sustainability at Japan Tobacco. Previously she was Group General Counsel & Company Secretary at Network Rail and prior to that Premier Foods Plc. She has led numerous corporate functions including Legal & Company Secretarial, Transparency & Business Ethics, Business Change, Communications and Sustainability.
