Beata Baumann is the Procurement Sustainability Director at Atos. She has more than 15 years of experience in procurement with nearly 10 years of experience in sustainable procurement. Her focus has been to ensure that all aspects of sustainability are embedded in all Atos procurement processes, such as sourcing, contracting and supplier management. With her enthusiasm for sustainability, she created a comprehensive strategy and framework for Atos Procurement. In addition to her supply chain decarbonisation efforts, she is a strong advocate for the social topics within sustainability such as the suppliers’ DEI practices and supply chain diversification. She is passionate about engaging and educating buyers, stakeholders and suppliers and raising awareness of these important issues.
