Imran joined the Co-op as Chief Procurement Officer in June 2023, overseeing the GNFR strategy for the Group's Food, Funeralcare, and Life Services businesses. He is dedicated to enhancing sustainability and diversity within the supply chain while improving commercial outcomes. Imran's career includes leadership roles in finance, aerospace, defence, and technology. Notably, he served as CPO at Nationwide Building Society, BAE Systems, and BT Openreach. He began his procurement career at GlaxoSmithKline, holds an MBA from Imperial College London, and is a fellow of CIPS.
