Linda Todd has worked at Hays for two decades, specialising in the recruitment of commercial and procurement professionals within the public and not-for-profit sectors. Throughout her career, Linda has successfully managed recruitment across a diverse range of roles, including challenging one-off placements, senior leadership positions such as Heads of Commercial and Chief Procurement Officers, as well as overseeing high-volume commercial campaigns within central government.

In addition to her recruitment expertise, Linda also runs a Women in Procurement network, where she organises and hosts quarterly events aimed at fostering industry collaboration and professional development.
