Richard Crane is the Global Head of Procurement at Haleon, where he has led the function since 2022 with a focus on direct and indirect materials. He is recognised for driving supply chain agility and reimagining value chains to enhance resilience and competitiveness. Richard is a champion of sustainable and inclusive procurement, having launched Haleon’s carbon reduction and sustainable sourcing strategy.

Previously, as CPO at Royal Philips, he led a procurement transformation centred on supplier development and indirect spend. With deep international experience, Richard is known for his strategic leadership, talent development, and collaborative, solutions-driven approach.
